1. Request deletion
Email admin@vastsell.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Use the email associated with your business account and identify the company or workspace concerned. Do not send passwords, tokens, buyer addresses, or identity documents by email unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
2. Verification
We will verify that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant business account. We request only the minimum information necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion.
3. Amazon authorization
When integrations become available, sellers will be able to disconnect Amazon authorization through the service or Amazon’s authorization management experience. Disconnection stops new API access but does not override information we must retain by law.
4. Deletion process
After verification, we will delete or irreversibly de-identify information no longer required for an authorized feature, legal obligation, security investigation, or dispute. Production completion timelines will be published before customer data processing begins. Encrypted backups expire through controlled rotation.
5. Current website requests
This public website does not operate an account-registration or contact-form database. If you only emailed us, you may ask us to delete eligible correspondence.
