1. What to report
Report suspected security vulnerabilities, privacy concerns, unauthorized access, or actual or suspected misuse of VastSell or Amazon data.
2. How to report
Email admin@vastsell.com with the subject “Security report”. Include a clear description, affected URL or feature, reproduction steps, and business impact. Do not include passwords, access tokens, buyer information, or other sensitive data in the initial email.
3. Acknowledgement and tracking
We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days. We assign an internal case reference, assess severity, preserve relevant evidence, and provide status updates through the verified reporting channel.
4. Response and resolution
We investigate, contain, remediate, and validate reported issues according to risk. Where required, we notify affected customers, Amazon, regulators, or other authorities in accordance with applicable obligations.
5. Responsible disclosure
Please make a good-faith effort to avoid privacy violations, service disruption, destructive testing, or accessing data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue. Allow reasonable time for remediation before public disclosure.
