1. Scope
This policy applies to website visitors, prospective business customers, authorized users, and sellers who may connect an Amazon account to VastSell in the future. Amazon’s own processing is governed by Amazon’s policies.
2. Information we collect
We may receive business contact details and the content of emails you send us. This website uses a mailto link and does not operate a website contact-form database. After production API approval and explicit seller authorization, the service may process only the Amazon seller information required for enabled workflows. FBM workflows may require recipient name, phone number, and shipping address.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to demo requests, operate and secure the service, provide seller-selected workflows, diagnose errors, meet legal obligations, and investigate security incidents. We do not sell Amazon Information or use it for unrelated advertising or profiling.
4. Authorization and access
Future Amazon connections will use Amazon’s authorization workflow. VastSell will not access a seller account without explicit authorization. Access will be limited by role, tenant, and business need.
5. Storage and cross-border transfer
Our cloud provider is Alibaba Cloud. Application servers and databases are planned in Hangzhou, China. Information relating to users in the United States or Canada may therefore be transferred to and stored in China. Before production processing begins, we will implement applicable contractual, legal, and Amazon policy safeguards.
6. Security
Planned production controls include TLS in transit, encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based and least-privilege access, secret management, tenant isolation, access logging, vulnerability management, incident response, and tested backup and deletion procedures. Controls will be described as operational only after implementation and verification.
7. Sharing
We may use infrastructure, monitoring, email, support, security, and professional service providers only as needed to operate the service. They must process information under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information when legally required.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information only while necessary for an authorized feature, contract, security need, or legal requirement. After authorization revocation or an effective deletion request, information no longer required will be deleted or irreversibly de-identified according to the production retention schedule. Encrypted backups expire through controlled rotation.
9. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law by emailing admin@vastsell.com. Sellers will also be able to disconnect Amazon authorization.
